Exciting new multi-day NAWCC New England Regional Convention! Mart opens Friday morning at 9 AM. for NAWCC members and guests at the Everett Arena, 30 seconds off of I-93 in Concord NH, Exit 14 onto NH-9 East. The modern venue features no sales tax, ample free parking, and easy ground-level entrance.
The Mart closes at 4 PM Friday so participants can enjoy an education program at the New Hampshire Historical Society just a short distance away in downtown Concord
The Saturday Mart is open to the public and offers a "Roadshow"-style table for free information about attendees' old clocks and watches (not valuations). It opens at 8 AM and closes at noon. Then we travel 30 minutes to Schmitt Horan & Co. in Candia, NH, for food truck, beverages, preview, and a cash-and-carry "discovery" auction. Sunday is their fully-catalogued auction, with previewing on Saturday.
Our Concord host hotel, the Comfort Inn, is ten minutes away at 71 Hall Street. A special discount rate of $113 plus tax per night is available; call 603-226-4100, ask for "reservations" and refer to the "NAWCC" courtesy-block of rooms.
Special clock-repair classes offered by NAWCC Education Director Ken De Lucca in the host-hotel meeting room. Class size limited to eight students. 9am - 5pm Tuesday April 23 - Thursday April 25). Course description.
A special buffet dinner at 7:30 p.m. on Friday evening is offered at The Common Man, restaurant at 1 Gulf Street, Concord. The $75 price includes a beer or wine ticket, with cash bar also available.
